The China National Furniture Association (CNFA), founded in 1989, is composed of individuals, civil societies, public organizations and businesses from such areas as manufacturing, management, R&D and education in the furniture industry and other furniture-related industries. It is supervised by the China National Light Industry Council. So far, the CNFA has assumed the Director membership of the National Technical Committee 480 on Furniture of Standardization Administration of China (SAC/TC480), the Vice Chairmanship of the China Natioanl Light Industry Council, the Chairmanship of the Council of Asia Furniture Associations (CAFA) and the Chairmanship of the World Furniture Confederation (WFC). It is also rated by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China as an AAAAA association.
